The brick wall was a big job! At first I wasn't sure just how far the bricks needed to be pushed into the mortar. After several tries, decided on what you see here. I was careful to try to line up the bricks so that they were not stacked one on another, which I am sure is not just to look pleasing but must add to structural strength. But, I found that when Bryce applied its perspective, I lost that view of the line up! Creating all those bricks gave me a great understanding of what I need know for duplicating things.

I have, in my past with Bryce, created Boolean Objects with a great struggle and never the best of results. I liked the way it worked on the urns and used the idea to create the bench with rectangles.

I wasn't sure what sky to use, experimented and ended with a light sky to get this result. I placed a radial light behincd the shrub, added grasses and other plants to urns. I also used a couple of Boolean Objects in the Bryce Collection.

I got some good practise and understanding of using the different views!

While I was working, Bryce crashed, lterally, and I lost my work, several times. I have now ordered Bryce 6.1 and hope it will not do the crahsing that 5.5 has done for me.

Here is my 'Courtyard in the Moonlight'...at least that is what I was aiming for!
