Week 6

The Photos for Week 6
Portraits

My granddaughter, Kelly, and I had great fun the other day just shooting 'portraits'. She is a dramatic young lady and I had asked her to bring hats and scarves, sunglasses, etc. for us to have some fun shooting! She did, and as the session went on, she was having fun assuming a French accent and all! (She is fluent in French and will be studying more at Drew University this fall.) Here are some videos of Kelly singing.

I tried all sorts of modes for doing the portraits, eveything from macro, to Aperture, to Portrait. I wish my Exif data would name the modes but it doesn't. The fill flash does make 'catch lights'. However, I seemed to have had it flash for only a few.

So, Kelly and I had fun together and I learned a few things about portraits that I wish I had known when the kids were younger!
