First Images with the Nikon Cool Pix 3700

It was so cold and windy today! The sun was shining so brightly but it seemed to be there to just make things look pretty and not to do much in the form of warming. As you can see the pond is quite frozen. One day, about a month ago, the Canadian Geese were all gathered around the last open area of the pond. A day or two later they were gone. When I drive on Rte. 95, I sometimes see a flock of them overhead. They may be having to winter over at the Pawtuxet River or anywhere they can find water that is not frozen.
